Quotes and bookings

A quote from the site is not a booking: it's a message you send us on WhatsApp. Prices depend on season and number of apartments; we confirm them in writing.

A booking is confirmed once we receive the 50% deposit by bank transfer, cash or remittance. The balance is paid on arrival.

Cancellation

If you cancel, half the deposit is kept. If we can't honor the booking, we refund the full deposit.

Your stay

Nightly, no minimum. Check-in from 15:00 · check-out before 11:00. Smart-lock entry; we send your code before arrival.

Capacity: four guests per apartment (two per bedroom). Optional air mattress for up to two more, for an extra charge. For events in the yard, agree the number of guests with us in writing.

House rules

Dogs welcome, not on beds or sofas. No smoking inside the apartments. Music and parties are fine; volume comes down after 10 pm. Security cameras cover the outdoor areas.

Damage caused by the guest or their visitors is charged at repair or replacement cost.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their belongings and their visitors' conduct. Keep valuables out of sight and lock the apartment when you leave.

Governing law

Dominican Republic law applies, including Consumer Protection Law 358-05. Any claim is handled first via WhatsApp or email.
