This policy explains which personal data the NOLUS Recreation Center website collects and why, in line with Dominican Republic Law 172-13 on personal data protection.

What we collect
The site has no forms that send data to our servers. Your quote is built in your browser and sent as a WhatsApp message from your own phone: your name, dates, number of guests and any notes go to WhatsApp, not to this site.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps technical access logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for a limited time for security and performance.
How we use it
Only to answer your quote, coordinate your booking and look after your stay. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
WhatsApp, Airbnb and Google Maps
When you use WhatsApp, Airbnb or the embedded Google map, those services' privacy policies apply. The map may set Google cookies.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own.
Guest reviews
We quote public Airbnb reviews as they appear on the listing: the author's public first name, city and profile photo, the month and the text. If you wrote a review and want it removed or shown without your photo, message us and we'll do it, no questions asked.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection regarding your data by writing to correo@nolusrc.com or on WhatsApp. We answer within a reasonable time at no cost.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date.
