How the group splits up.
Four per apartment: two in the main bedroom (king, with walk-in closet) and two in the second; if needed, an optional air mattress for an extra charge. A and C have two bathrooms (one en suite); B and D share one. A and B are on the ground floor with a ramp; C and D upstairs, with a balcony facing the mountain.

All together, each in their own space.
The upside of four apartments instead of one big house: each family gets its own kitchen, bathroom, washer and 65" TVs in the bedrooms, and the group gathers in the yard, the gazebo or around the fire pit. Nobody queues for the bathroom and the kids have room to run.
Every apartment includes Wi-Fi, A/C in the bedrooms, linens and towels, kitchen and bathroom basics (A also has a water filter and ice). The 20 kW generator and permanent water system keep everything running.
For the family coming home.
Many of our guests are from Guananico and live in New York, Santo Domingo or Santiago: they come to see family and want to stay close, comfortable and safe. NOLUS RC is on the town's main street, with gated parking, cameras and a smart lock so you can arrive at any hour.
The Noesi family, who built and run the place, answer in Spanish and English on WhatsApp.
How to book everything.
Direct on WhatsApp (no platform fee) or on Airbnb, where each apartment has its own listing. Calendars are synced: a direct booking blocks Airbnb and vice versa, so there's never a double booking.
