A yard for up to 100 people with shade sails, BBQ, gazebo and fire pit, parking for 10 cars inside the gate and four apartments so the group can stay over. Birthdays, family reunions, send-offs and small celebrations.

What's in the yard.

The front yard is paved and shaded by colored sails, with the BBQ area and gazebo on one side and the fruit-tree garden on the other. At night the string lights and the fire pit come on. The whole perimeter is fenced, with cameras and a smart gate.

How it works.

You bring (or rent) tables, chairs, balloons and speakers; we connect you with local rental people. If you want someone to cook, a local cook prepares the food; for big groups, catering is quoted separately with whoever prepares it.

  1. 1Tell us the planDate, headcount, whether they stay over and what you need (cooking, tables, music). We quote on WhatsApp.
  2. 2Hold it with 50%Deposit by bank transfer, cash or remittance. If you cancel, half the deposit is kept.
  3. 3On the dayGate code for your guests, parking for 10 cars and the yard ready. Music and party, yes; after 10 pm the volume goes down for the neighbors.

  • Cooking, cleaning and laundryA local helper can cook for you, make the beds and do laundry: RD$1,200 per day.
  • Group cateringMeals for groups and events, quoted separately with the cook.
  • Small eventsBirthdays or gatherings: bring tables, chairs, balloons and speakers. We'll connect you with rentals.

If the group stays over.

The four apartments sleep 16 comfortably (two bedrooms each, full kitchen, washer, A/C in the bedrooms). The ground-floor ones (A and B) have a ramp; the upstairs ones (C and D), a balcony facing the mountain. Rent them separately or the whole property for your group.

Coming soon: a pool, a bar and open-air movie nights under the shade sails.
